The legendary Rolex Submariner

The Rolex Submariner was introduced to the market by Rolex in the mid-1950s. 

This was the first Rolex sports watch specifically designed for diving to be water resistant up to 100m. 

The Submariner grew to become a classic among sports watches, and soon became the most recognized and appreciated luxury sports watch.

Today, the Submariner are water resistant up to 300 meters (1000 ft) and are available with date and without date, respectively equipped with the new 3230 and 3235 calibers. 

Both calibers have an accuracy rating of +/- 2 seconds per day with a power reserve of up to 70 hours.  

The service interval for the Rolex Submariner movements is every 10 years. This benefit drastically lowers the total cost of ownership and maintenance.
